About SeeClickFix
SeeClickFix is a fast, easy, and free way to report non-emergency issues directly to the City. This online tool and mobile app lets you share concerns like overgrown vegetation, potholes, graffiti, or park maintenance needs right from your phone or computer. Your reports help City staff respond quickly and keep Newcastle safe, clean, and well-maintained.
Using SeeClickFix is simple. Find the location on the map, choose a category, add a photo, and include any helpful details. Use the tool below or download the app to get started. The app is available from the Apple Store (Apple) and Google Play (Android).
Report an Issue
Reporting an issue is quick and easy. Follow the steps below to submit your request to the City.
- Click “New Request.”
- Enter an address or move the pin to the correct location, then click “Confirm Location.”
- Select the request category that best matches your issue. If you choose “Other,” check the A-Z Guide to Reporting Issues to confirm it is not handled by another agency.
- Add photos (if applicable) and include details, then click “Confirm Details.”

Important Notices
- SeeClickFix is not monitored 24/7. For issues that need immediate attention during regular business hours, please call City Hall at 425-649-4444. Outside of those hours, or for concerns involving public safety, contact the King County Sheriff’s Office non-emergency line at 206-296-3311. If needed, they will notify Public Works staff.
- Concerns may be submitted anonymously; however, this can limit the ability to follow up or request additional information. Providing contact information helps staff investigate and share updates or clarifications.
- All submissions made through SeeClickFix, including attached photos, descriptions, and metadata such as date, time, and location, are considered public records under Washington State law (RCW 42.56) and may be subject to disclosure upon request.
