The Newcastle, Washington, city council will meet in a special meeting Tuesday, March 21, 2023, beginning at 6 p.m. The purpose of the meeting is to hold an executive session pursuant to RCW 42.30.110(1)(g) to discuss matter(s) relating to performance of a public employee. The executive session is closed to the public pursuant to state law and is estimated to last 60 minutes. No final actions will be taken during executive session. Following the executive session, the city council will convene its regular meeting in council chambers at or shortly after 7 p.m.
