• The Newcastle Planning Commission will host a Comprehensive Plan Open House from 5:00 to 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 26, in the Commons at Risdon Middle School. This is the first major opportunity for the community to learn more about the plan and the process for updating it, and to provide feedback on the various sections within it. Please come and lend your voice to Newcastle's development and growth over the next 20 years.
