On January 3, 2023, the City Council will hold a special joint meeting at 6 p.m. with the Newcastle Planning Commission to consider the commission’s 2023 work plan. No final actions or public comment will be taken during the special meeting. Following the joint meeting, City Council will hold their regular meeting at or shortly after 7 p.m. Both meetings will be held in council chambers at city hall.
