Newcastle Commons Paid Parking

In partnership with Avalon Bay’s current paid parking, the City of Newcastle is launching paid on-street parking beginning today,
Monday, May 10. The City’s paid parking also utilizes PayByPhone and will function very similarly to Avalon Bay’s current system. Implementation of the paid parking on City streets was delayed due to a need to obtain additional signage.

What does this mean for you?

Two-hour paid parking at the locations listed below begins today. Each vehicle will need to register using PaybyPhone, and users will pay for their parking selection within the paid parking zones featured in the map above. Parking on public streets will be enforced by the Newcastle Police Department.
