NOTICE: The City of Newcastle Planning Commission will hold a public hearing on a proposed code amendment related to mobile food vending on Wednesday, April 28, 2021. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. To comply with state and local public health provisions, the meeting will be held remotely by video conference and instructions for attendance will be posted on the city event calendar: http://www.newcastlewa.gov/calendar and the city’s public notice page: http://www.newcastlewa.gov/cms/one.aspx?pageId=4312436.
All interested persons are encouraged to attend and be heard concerning the code amendment related to mobile food vending (food trucks or carts). Written comments may be submitted by regular mail at 12835 Newcastle Way, Suite 200, Newcastle, Washington 98056 or by email to [email protected]. Written comment received by 4 p.m. on the date of the hearing will be distributed to the Commission prior to the meeting.
